FREMONT – Like last season, Dean Jacobs has passed a lot of cars this season, but has not scored a win. That changed Saturday on Ohio Logistics Night at Fremont Speedway as the Wooster driver took the lead on lap 17 after a spirited battle with Mike Linder, and then held off a charging Bryan Sebetto to score his fourth career 410 sprint victory at The Track That Action Built.

ATTICA – Dale Blaney went where no one else wanted to go at Attica Raceway Park Friday, living up to his moniker “The Low Rider.” The Hartford, Ohio, resident’s bottom line proved to be very beneficial, as he was able to avoid several early race incidents from his 12th starting spot and went on to earn his 16th career victory on Merrill Lynch/All Pro Aluminum Heads Night.

Fremont Speedway’s tough 305 sprint division proved that Saturday on Roots Poultry Night taking five of the top seven finishing positions against the Buckeye Outlaw Super Sprints (BOSS) non-wing racers with Fostoria, Ohio’s Jamie Miller claiming the $2,000 victory.
